What began as a humble family passion has grown into a supportive community of over 20 talented women artisans. Many of our creations are lovingly crafted by widows and women in need, whom we empower through meaningful work and fair wages.

Sneha Knots & Petals is led by Sneha Surrayya, a passionate artisan and founding member whose creativity and vision form the heart of the brand. She is closely supported by her family, who together uphold a shared legacy of handcrafted excellence.
Shurza plays an active role in design development, helping refine product ideas, aesthetics, and creative direction, while Haadi, the youngest member of the team, contributes enthusiastically to sales and marketing support, bringing fresh energy and ideas to the brand’s growth.
Guiding the team is Sneha’s parents, who brings over three decades of business experience and professional expertise. Serving as a supportive coordinator and mentor, this role focuses on strategy, structure, and long-term sustainability—ensuring that creativity is supported by sound guidance and thoughtful planning. It is an honor to be part of this journey and to support the next generation in building something meaningful.
Alongside the family, our growing community includes over 20 skilled women artisans, many of whom are widows and women in need of dignified, stable livelihoods. Through fair wages, flexible working conditions, and mutual respect, we work together as a close-knit community where craftsmanship, confidence, and creativity flourish.

Shurza Muhammad
Design & Creative Development
Shurza supports the brand through design development and creative refinement. From shaping product concepts to enhancing visual aesthetics, he plays a key role in evolving designs while preserving the brand’s handmade identity.
Haadi Muhammad
Sales & Marketing Support
Haadi contributes to sales and marketing support, assisting with product presentation, customer engagement, and promotional ideas. His fresh perspective and enthusiasm help strengthen the brand’s connection with its audience.
